see who is helping
efforts are helping. Many organizations send you a picture and a paragraph and that’s about it.
Helping in the Philippines goes further to connect the children with their sponsors.
Pineapple man and Pam have been following along and recently decided to adopt the Regondola
kids. “Adopt” simply means you tell us where and how you want your contribution to be spent. One
of the things Pineapple man and Pam requested was we get Brix lord a belated birthday present for
his birthday last month. I had to go to the mall to take out some cash for buying bulk school supplies
tomorrow and used that trip to the mall to hit up Toy Kingdom and hunt for a gift.
had no idea what I was going to get until I seen the bowling set. It’s plastic and durable and can be
enjoyed by many. Toy Kingdom giftwraps for free, which is nice.
To make it personal I had a photo printed of the Pineapple man and Pam to give with the gift so
little Brix Lord can know who is helping him and his siblings. This is important because many people
only see me and Mylene working in Sampaguita and no matter how much we try and explain there
are others back in America helping I don’t think everyone understands. Today raised awareness for
those in America helping because the kids passed around the picture of Pineapple man and Pam to
those gathered around and explained they were the ones who bought the gift.
the cost of the
printed picture at

total cost $2.59
